What size monitor will the booth require? Let your technician know the dimensions of your booth, and he'll insure you have a screen big enough to communicate your message.

Are the charges daily or weekly rates? That depends on which decorator supports your tradeshow. Select your decorator below for our base pricing.

Will American Audio Visual help with set up? Yes. Your equipment will be set up and ready to use by the time the exhibit hall opens.

How is payment made? You can pay via check or credit card before the event or at the time equipment is delivered.

Plasma Monitor with Stand and Speakers

This combination works very well for large exhibition displays, giving you the tools to deliver a sound and video presentation designed to attract attention to your booth.
Sound System with Mixer

A sound system is appropriate for any size booth, and the mixer allows you to make announcements and give presentations while channeling sound from a CD or a video.
Flat Screen Data Monitors

Ideal for small booths or for smaller presentations within large displays, flat screen data monitors are smaller than plasma screens, designed to deliver specific messages to small groups. Let us know if you'll also need sound.
