Of course, all presentations are unique, and yours may have some different requirements. Make sure you communicate all your goals for your presentation so that our AV professionals can recommend the right gear.

Here are some good questions to consider as you decide what equipment you'll need:

If you're making a power point presentation, does it contain sound effects?

Will you require technical assistance for the duration of the event?

Will the speaker present from a podium, or will he be walking around?

Is there a 24 hour hold on the meeting room(s)? (This applies to shows greater than one day).

Is there an on site storage area we can utilize?

Will you require 2 way radios (walkie-talkies) for the event?
